The pictures appearing on our website’s homepage are from the Centre Volunteers in Medicine in State College. The FCAP is proud to recognize this clinic and the work their staff, board, and volunteers do every day to help those in need in their community. The following notes of appreciation are just some of the many examples of their patients’ gratitude.
To just say thank you seems so trite. I am not eloquent enough to express the gratitude I feel for all of you. Each and every one there has treated me with respect and understanding. And with warmth. I never felt like just a non-paying patient. I do not know what would have become of me and my health. Because of CVIM and the WRC the fog I found myself in is lifting. God bless you all, always. Thank you dearest Angels
I just want to express some long overdue thank yous for the help you gave me when I had no insurance. I will never forget the feelings of security I got when I first came to CVIM. It’s a very scary world out there for someone like me who doesn’t have much backup or support for medical care. I also have a lot of gratitude for CVIM for helping me with free screenings and medicine. A place like CVIM is rare and the volunteers are so warm, helpful and comforting. Thank you so much for being there.
Let me start at the beginning. As I walk through the doors there are volunteers that make you feel right at home. The nurses are wonderful, and my doctor is sweet and great with people. Denise, in the medication room is my husband’s favorite person! I don’t want to forget Shelley. She is a beautiful person. I can not thank you all enough for helping me through my time of need. Thank you and God Bless.
